ORDERING AND PAYMENT
All our prices shown on the website include Danish VAT and other taxes. 1999 THE STUDIO, accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, Diner’s Club, Paypal, and Apple Pay.
The amount will be withdrawn from your account once the order process is completed unless otherwise is agreed upon or indicated by your order. An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
Before submitting the order you have the option of changing the information that you have provided, including delivery and billing information or payment information. Furthermore, you have the option of making changes to your order or removing goods from your shopping basket.
When you click "Order and pay" and the receipt appears on your screen, you are bound by the contract of purchase. Please read more under "Right of withdrawal".
Please contact our Customer Service if you make a mistake while placing your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order.
After the contract is concluded, the provisions on withdrawal apply, see below.

SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping price is fixed regardless of the size of the order. We have a fixed freight price at www.1999thestudio.com. It's possible to choose between having the package sent "without redeployment" or "with redeployment". The packages are shipped directly from our storage so shipping can be expected within 2-5 days. It's possible for you to track your package with a tracking number provided by PostNord, UPS & DHL.
Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. We only deliver to residential and business addresses.
Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used.
The goods must be signed for upon delivery. It does not necessarily need to be signed by you; people at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, friend, receptionist, etc.) may sign the receipt on your behalf.
Our carrier will make at least 2-3 delivery attempts. At each delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a receipt that informs you about the details of the next delivery attempt and the possibility of a self-pickup. The carrier will usually keep the goods for up to 10 days before returning them to us as undelivered. Please note that our carrier can also deliver the goods to your neighbor, if you have consented to this and the circumstances allow it.
Separate deliveries
If your order consists of multiple goods, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain goods are delayed or out of stock at the time of order. You will be informed if your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged with additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.
Please note that the risk of loss or damage to the goods will be yours after delivery. If the package is received in damaged condition you should refuse to receive the goods. If you wish to complain about any lack of conformity, we require you to give us notice at info@1999thestudio.com
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without stating any reason 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
The rules on lack of conformity in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory warranties for the goods' conformity with the contract.
The right to return orders is valid from the day you've received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
To cancel or return orders, you must notify us through email before the deadline.
The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. The customer is liable for any deterioration or damages.
As a customer of 1999 THE STUDIO, you are responsible for the delivery of the item and proper packaging for returns.

If your goods are non-conforming or we have delivered the incorrect goods, please contact our Customer Service. If you notice the non-conformity or incorrect goods at the time of delivery, you should refuse to receive the goods.
In case of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods, you can choose between the following options:
Return the goods and receive a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods,
Return the goods and receive similar goods when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods, provided we can supply an equivalent, or
Keep the goods and request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price
When contacting Customer Service, you will be asked to provide the order number, possibly the goods/item number, and to describe what is wrong with the goods, etc.
You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods. We will refund the purchase price and of course the delivery costs once we have received the goods unless you choose to receive new goods to replace the original goods.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others. These are only registered in our customer directory. You may at any time delete your information if this is desired.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at 1999 THE STUDIO, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item correctly to you.
The personal data are registered with 1999 THE STUDIO and are stored for up to five years, after this period your stored and relevant information will be subsequently deleted.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
The Director and the employees of 1999 THE STUDIO have access to the information that is registered about you.
GDPR Compliance Update:
We’ve updated our policies and processes to become GDPR compliant for the May 25th deadline and make it easier for you to become compliant as well.
We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. 1999 THE STUDIO as a company; we transfer your address information to our partnering shipping company when you have placed an order as a customer; This cooperation between us and our partners is confidential. To ensure our customer's information is processed according to the Personal Data Act (25-05-2018).
As registered with 1999 THE STUDIO you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act and you can contact us by e-mail at info@1999thestudio.com.
COMPLAINT
Obviously, 24 months of warranty is granted in accordance with the Purchasing Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Damage to the product as a result of customer fault handling is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaints concerning errors and omissions must be notified to 1999 THE STUDIO in a timely manner after receipt of the goods.
Here, max. 2 months as reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
